this album is just straight up good. mass is a band that i know i need to get into more considering how much i like their debut ep (delusionalism is one of my favorite songs ever), and this album just gave me more reason to dive into their discography even more. its really similar to that ep, but that is most definitely a good thing. mass' music is so straightforward, just some japanese alternative/punk jams, but theres a level of emotion that comes through on every track that they make and it really brings it to a higher level for me. and although the music is straightforward, theres a ton of complexity that mass adds into these songs that makes them fun to relisten to and pay attention to different things, or to just jam out and headbang to them again. this balance between straightforwardness and complexity makes for the perfect combination for my own personal enjoyment, and when a mass song hits, there isn't a lot that can beat it. id list my favorite tracks but i cant type them on this english keyboard.
